Can you help me find my domain name?
This is the easy part. We can search the web for information about your domain name and find out who the current hosting provider is. This information will enable us to liaise with the host and arrange a domain name transfer to either InterWeb Connections or an ISP of your choice.
Is finding my domain name easy?
We can not guarantee to gain control of your domain name, it can be a difficult process. However, we will attempt to gain control of your domain and any web site files. It is important to remember that domain name ownership and transfer involves the participation of your current hosting provider and possibly the Registrar of the domain. Therefore, the transfer process and gaining control of the domain name can take several months.
How much do you charge to find and transfer my domain name?
We charge a flat rate one-off fee of £250. to find and retrieve your domain name. This fee includes our transfer fees, should you decide to use our hosting services. Please note that your current domain name hosting provider may have their own transfer fees as well as your new provider.
