Domain Transfers
.uk domain name transfers are free and we charge a one-off fee for Top level and European domain transfers, for example .com .org .net .eu. Top level and European transfer fees include the first year of registration.
If you need assistance in transferring your domain name, do not hesitate to ask for help. The process is relatively straight forward for .uk domains and only requires a change of IPS Tag and DNS servers.
Top level and European domain transfers are more complicated, but we are here to help.
Domain Renewals
We will contact you before renewing your domain name and provide an invoice at least five weeks in advance of the renewal date. The renewal process is automatic, therefore you do not have to reorder, you simply pay the invoice.
